I wish to help with staff and try to do the very best to help with management and so on. I know how to control situations and know how to take criticism and have taken on many responsibilities and management roles before. I’m open to all suggestions on how to improve my skills. I’ve also had many many years of experience on Roleplay servers therefore I know most of the rules if not all and can properly roleplay also I’ve never been banned on a server in my life of playing on roleplay servers. I’ve also have had many years of leadership roles like commander roles and Fleet Admiral, so I know how to control responsibilities and control situations and management of staff. I care for the server and wish for it to be the greatest server out there that’s why I offer my services if you so wish to accept me. =========================================================================================================================================== How active can you be on weekdays – I normally have school so I will most likely be on for a few hours a day.[/color] [/list] =10.5pt[color=black]How active can you be on weekends - As I tend to normally be free on weekends and don’t have much to do I will most likely be on for half or the whole day.[/color] =10.5pt[color=black]How active can you be as Staff – I will be on most of the time but can sometimes be busy. =========================================================================================================================================== How long should you ban someone for pressing alarm? – Personally, I would warn them to a certain amount of warns then ban them but if I had to ban them I would ban them for 1 – 2 hours and would tell them to make a ban appeal. I would also write down the reason and ban time for reference if questioned by staff[/color] =10.5pt[color=black]What would you do if a Navy Trooper or Royal Guard is abusing as their job? – I would warn them and bring them to the top of the star destroyer to tell them of what they’re doing is against the rules and in RP I would contact their Commander to sort it out. If they keep abuse their job, then I would warn them to a level which I see fit to ban at. [/color] =10.5pt[color=black]A Stormtrooper gets into a TIE Fighter what would you do? – I would freeze the tie fighter and bring them to the star destroyer to tell them what they are doing and how it’s against the rules if they do it again I would give them a short ban, so they hopefully learn their lesson. If they join back and continue I would keep banning for longer into I turn to higher staff for possible suggestions or other ways. =========================================================================================================================================== Any extra information? – I would prefer to add a warn system so late say 3 warns is a ban 5 is a perma ban (just an example). It would stop us keep kicking the same person when we could ban them and hopefully they would learn their lesson.
